Soup Noodle Soup is a mission led noodle shop hosting pop up events in around the Greater Wilmington, DE area.
We collaborate with local area chefs to bring unique and culturally diverse dining experiences to the city. A portion of proceeds go directly to community based organizations that support or are involved with fighting food insecurity
Our dishes are inspired by a diaspora of cultures to which we owe our knowledge of ingredients and technique
We combine traditional preparations with local ingredients for dishes that are both inspired by authenticity and unique to their setting.
Events are held throughout the year in conjunction with participating restaurants.
